LISA KOMAROFF JUNKER
Lisa Junker is a multi-industry professional with global sales and marketing, project management, and entrepreneurial experience. Her background includes more than eighteen years of success in marketing, information technology and the zoning and permit consulting industries. Datum Services, LLC, operating initially as Datum Marketing, LLC since September 2001, has successfully provided consulting and processing services for developers, architects, engineers, land planners, contractors and property owners until its acquisition by Colbert Matz Rosenfelt, Inc. in May 2008.
Ms. Junker’s experience in the zoning and permit consulting aspect of building development and conversion of use is a direct result of participating in hundreds of zoning appeals since 2002 and processing hundreds of permits since 2006. This quantity and duration of experience has helped formulate an intimate knowledge of the different housing and development departments in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
LISA ROMBRO DAYAN
Lisa Dayan is a permit processing professional with over four years experience. As the face-to-face liaison with the individuals within the Department of Housing and Community Development and Department of Public Works, including, but not limited to, Zoning Enforcement, Plans Examining, CHAP, Storm Water Management, and Minor Privileges, Ms. Dayan possesses intimate knowledge of the information and material requirements, along with, the process for review of building permit applications in multiple jurisdictions. During her time functioning in this capacity, Ms. Dayan has effectively communicated to clients and incorporated into her process, the significant changes Department of Housing and Community Development has made to its material requirements for the issuance of a building permit and the steps involved in the processing of permit applications.
